This is the question that has plagued every photographic artist for decades and still does today. There is no simple answer. From my experience it is all about market, subject, and price. One thing I have learned in the last 25 plus years is never devalue your work. If you think the print is worth, $XXX.XX, then never come off that price. In a world of seven billion people odds are you will eventually find the one person who thinks so too.
